Thomas M. Beito is an experienced criminal trial lawyer and founding partner in the law firm of Beito & Lengeling, P.A. Thomas has successfully represented hundreds of clients throughout Minnesota in misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, and felony cases including DWI/DUI, traffic offenses, drug offenses, assault, burglary, theft, and sex crimes. Recently, Thomas has gained the dismissal of charges in cases ranging from DWI to First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. Thomas devotes his practice solely to defending those accused of crimes.

Thomas is a graduate of St. Olaf College and St. Louis University School of Law. After graduating with honors, Thomas was distinguished with the William F. Napier Award as the top trial advocacy student at St. Louis University. He is a member of the Hennepin County Bar Association and the Minnesota Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Thomas lives in downtown Minneapolis where he loves running along the river, going to Twins games, and enjoying everything the city has to offer.
